This beautiful Lladro Collectors Society plaque with Don Quixote's bas relief image and signatures of the Lladro brothers, was given to someone who paid for a membership to enjoy special access to Lladro pieces at a special price, among other things.

In 1985, Lladro formed the Collector's Society offering Collector's Society pieces to its members.
LCS members enjoyed wonderful benefits such a chance to buy exclusive member only figurines, be an Associate member at the Ladro museum in New York City, advanced notices of special events, a LCS membership card and a subscription to Lladro's magazine "Expressions."

In addition to it's bas - relief design in the front, the backside has clam shell like pattern.
Bottom signed in blue color with the following information:
Lladro's name and logo, Hand Made in Spain, DAISA 1985
On the the bottom edge towards the triangle tip "J - 01" is etched and something else that is indecipherable.

The porcelain figurine measures approximately 6 inches wide x 4.5 inches tall with a triangle base measuring at 2.25 inches at its widest (15.2 cm x 11.4 cm, 5.7 cm)

Good condition; there are light smudges in the front from handling
However, there are no cracks, no chips, no nicks
