Rare and very - hard - to - find vintage 80s Sheaffer ball point pen

On the box removable lid and on one side are these words:

Judging by the look of the pen, it looks like it is made of hard plastic

Pen's removable lid and box and cap has a beautiful tapestry - like image in vivid colors of orange, blue red, yellow against a lavishly golden background

Pen is inside a presentation box that is sealed and wrapped in plastic so unable to say color of ink or if ink is dried or not and the type of point as in fine point or medium point
