Hallmarked in the bottom with the Royal Winton logo with the long legged letter "R", Grimwades, Made in England and "Old Cottage Chintz" in blue paint
Also hallmarked in gold paint with indecipherable letters or numbers
Special back lid hallmarked in green paint "pat no 301282" so lid won't tip over when tea is poured.

Very good condition; no chips, no cracks, no nicks
Lots of crazing inside the teapot and bottom areas, which apparently, is one of the hallmarks of good vintage / antique pottery

Please note this is the real McCoy! This piece not a reproduction from 1995 when the pattern was revived by the current owners. Reproductions is hallmarked with the year "1995" to avoid confusion with vintage / antique pieces.
